of one day (for deluxe hotel category), one week (for tourist
hotel category), while the confirmation for flats and
transportation services takes one day. |

FLY TO RUSSIA! After getting your visa, you are ready for the
departure. Our staff will meet you at the airport of your destination (Moscow
or St. Petersburg); we'll hold a meeting sign with your name on it, will
accompany you to the hotel (if you have ordered the transfer services),
and will answer your questions. Our staff meeting you at the airport
speaks English, Italian and, of course, Russian.
From this moment, you will always have at your disposition our help
desk number (Italian /French/ English spoken), in order to communicate
