For many years, easyRussia has organized group excursions in the Golden Ring. In 2004, for the first time, we developed programs dedicated to the individual and to mini-groups --- for those travellers who on principle are not interested in group vacations. EasyRussia, in consonance with its philosophy of programming “ad hoc” trips, proposes for 2009 a tour of the Golden Ring, for 4 days and 3 nights, which can be integrated into your visit either to St. Petersburg or to Moscow. Our itinerary has been constructed for an optimal appreciation of the most important destinations in the Golden Ring and, unlike other proposals you might find elsewhere, provides all transportation between cities in private cars and furnishes an Italian-speaking guide for at least two full days. In this way, the Golden Ring will be a splendid jewel in your trip to Russia, without all the tensions linked to the well-known problems of intercity travel. Hotel accommodations have been selected on the basis of originality and comfort. ITINERARY: Day 1: arrival in Vladimir in the early morning, meet with your Italian-speaking guide and with your driver. Begin your visit to the city of Vladimir with its opulent churches and Golden Doors. Pause for mid-day meal (not included) and transfer to Bogoliubov, the incredible sanctuary in the middle of the plane. Departure for Suzdal (the “pearl” of the Golden Ring) and transfer to Hotel Goryachie Kliuchi (constructed in 2004), a tourist complex which offers a health centre specializing in the famous Russian sauna. Day 2: Free day in Suzdal (you can easily tour the city without guide or transportation). Night at Hotel Goryachie Kliuchi. Day 3: Departure in the morning by car toward Rostov. Pause for mid-day meal (not included). Arrival in the afternoon in Rostov, free visit of the Cremlin, transfer to Yaroslavl and accommodations at the Hotel Jubilejnaja*** renovated in 2007 Day 4:Buffet breakfast. Yaroslavl is the largest of the cities in the Golden Ring. Visit of Yaroslavl with local english speaking guide, pause for mid-day meal. In the afternoon, end of tour and departure, either by fast train to Moscow or by night train to St. Petersburg THE TOUR INCLUDES: 2 nights in Suzdal in double room, Hotel Goryachie Kliuchi, breakfast included. 1 night in Yaroslavl, Hotel Jubilejnaja renovated room, breakfast included English-speaking guide on the 1st day and on the 4th day (entire day, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.) transportation by private car on the 1st day (Vladimir/Suzdal), the 3rd day (Suzdal/Yaroslavl).
