I intended to give you a feedback for the services provided by your company to our group during our stay in St. Petersburg from 22 to 27 Sept 2010. Overall, the arrangements have been very satisfactory. Generally speaking, I am impressed by the efficiency of your work and the satisfactory services provided by your company. It was a pity that I have arranged for the hotel and tour services in Moscow well before I approached your company. siamo tornati giovedì sera da San Pietroburgo e riscontro la sua e-mail. Siamo rimasti molto contenti della sistemazione, l'appartamentino di ULITSA GOROCHOVAYA era molto carino, praticamente nuovo, con tutto l'occorrente all'interno proprio come mi aveva assicurato; inoltre era veramente comodo nel centro città per raggiungere tutti i vari musei e la prospettiva Netvski. Vladimir ci è venuto puntualmente a prendere all'aeroporto al nostro arrivo, ci ha accompagnato all'appartamento, ci ha consegnato le chiavi, ci ha ritirato i documenti per la registrazione e poi l'ultimo giorno puntualissimo ci ha riportato in aeroporto con i documenti in ordine. Abbiamo contattato anche Alexander per avere delle dritte su alcune cose che ci interessava acquistare e lui ci ha dato le indicazioni giuste. Ho trovato che la vostra organizzazione sia ottima quale supporto e aiuto in caso di necessità, senza essere insistente ed invadente nei confronti di chi vuole muoversi e girare in autonomia. Vi consigliemo senz'altro agli amici e colleghi che volessero intraprendere lo stesso viaggio e vi contatteremo prossimamente quando decideremo di fare un viaggio a Mosca. D.D.V. 04/07/2011
